Josh Van Ross — General Manager of Growth
Josh joins at a pivotal moment — as organisations increasingly seek smarter, more visual ways to manage complex operations, compliance, and communication in the field. With a track record in scaling businesses and building high-performing teams, he brings the commercial acumen and strategic clarity SpaceDraft wants. 13 years of Army Reserve experience rounds out a profile that's equal parts strategic and operational.
As GM of Growth, Josh will drive partnerships, strengthen market presence, and help more organisations unlock the value of visual, spatial storytelling.

She will amplify the story of founder and CEO Lucy Cooke, and the impact the team is having across mining, logistics, defence and healthcare — and we couldn't be more excited about what this means for our public presence.

At SpaceDraft, we're committed to nurturing the next generation of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers. Our AI Intern Launch Program isn't just about learning — it's about shaping the future of visual planning and collaboration from the ground up. Fifty interns are currently contributing to the SpaceDraft mission while gaining valuable coding experience in a real-world setting. It's brilliant to see the bright young minds come together.

SpaceDraft is gaining serious traction. With Josh leading commercial growth, Maggie shaping our public narrative, a team of nine developers building the product, and 50 interns contributing fresh thinking through our AI program — we're building infrastructure for scale.
